Details:
Voice is steeped with emotion and made of the personal story. It reveals us, betraying our inner life and struggles. We open our mouths and soul pours out.
So much of who we are is expressed through our voice. It is our unique signature, conveying our emotional states, our words, and thoughts. The voice is also a mystery which emanates from within us.
In this workshop, we will:
• seek to release the body, breath and voice from habitual limiting patterns
• engage the Psyche in expressive creative acts able to unite us somatically, psychically, emotionally and vocally
• create individually and collectively from the totality of these experiences
In voice, movement, song and creativity, we attend to reclaiming some of the missing parts of us, and make our way to wholeness to bring us home to ourselves.
Individual attention will be given to each participant within the context of the group and its process.
