LETTERS TO A YOUNG SINGER – Film screening & Lecture, with Lena Måndotter

LETTERS TO A YOUNG SINGER is a film about the deep connection between song and soul and psyche and sound. It’s a singer’s journey in search of healing through dreams and myths in the archetypal worlds. It’s filmed in the atmospheric Cretan mountains in Greece where Jungian analyst, singer/song-therapist Lena Måndotter lived for many years.

The film had its premiere at Båstad Filmfestival, one of Sweden’s most known film festivals. Since then, it has been screened nationally and internationally at many cinemas, conferences, and seminars. The film also inspired Lena’s new book “The Song of the Soul – the Transpersonal Dimension of Psyche and Sound” (Chiron Publ. 2024, Zürich Lecture Series).
