This workshop will seek to create a supportive community for accountability and motivation by serving more people who have endured occurences that are not easily dealt with, giving them hope and strength and, by doing so, creating an impact. 

Attracting clients who can’t do one-on-one coaching sessions. Through mindfulness exercises,  motivational beliefs brainstorming and gratitude practise, clients will explore their voices without judgement.
